Jacee Lee – The lady behind the Blog

20180220_150832456574749.jpgHow do they always start? Oh, yes… Born and raised in San Diego County, I am a true outdoor girl. I love hiking, visiting the mountains, the beach and the desert. I love having an active lifestyle. I love spending time in my yard gardening and tending to our animals. Yep, nature is in my blood. First and foremost though, I love the Lord and I love my husband. My four boys are my everything. I would do anything for my family! I give much of myself to my children and do everything I can to create a beautiful home for them. Weekdays are typically spent schooling my kids, taking them on occasional field trips and doing my best to instill good, Biblical values, with hopes that they will grow up to be men who will thrive and be a light in a sometimes dark world. Weeknights and weekends are spent as a family with my husband. Dinners at home, movie nights and time with extended family and friends are part of our everyday life. My husband and I share a sense of adventure and enjoy taking our boys on camping trips, to sporting events or just spending a simple day going on a hike and enjoying a picnic. We like to reserve Sundays for church, relaxing and preparing for the new week. Somewhere, with all of that I still find time for me. In my free time, I can usually be found working on our home. I’ve always got some new, crazy idea floating around in my head about how we can improve or change things up. I don’t think my husband and I know how to slow down. We both enjoy creating and want to take advantage of all that life has to offer. We only get to live once, so my plan is to live life to its fullest!

My hopes for this blog is to be able to connect with all different types of people. I want to inspire people to be the best that they can be, without expecting the impossible standard of perfection. I live the best when I’m surrounded by inspiration, beauty, order and constant reminders to seek God. If I can be an inspiration to others through sharing my life, my hopes will have been accomplished.
